1992 buick lesabre security light and anti lock light came on car wont start?

I have a 1992 buick lesabre with the dynaride system in it. I have had no problems with it recently, ran fine, my anti lock brake light and security light had come on but was running fine came home from work shut the car off and went outside the next night to go to work and won’t start. The radio and lights all come on. But my brake pedal is very hard to push it seems like it is locked up. Could this be the starter or an electrical problem or something to do with the anti lock brake system?
